What is Done Accounting?

Done Accounting is a complete accounting service where you get a state-authorized accountant and accounting software (Finago) bundled into one fixed monthly price. We handle bookkeeping, VAT reporting, and year-end accounts — and you can log in to the system at any time to check status and figures on an ongoing basis.

Who is the service for?

All types of limited companies and sole proprietorships — from newly started companies with few vouchers to established businesses with employees and VAT obligations. We also offer an Enterprise package for group structures.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. You pay one fixed price every month, with no hourly billing or unexpected invoices at year-end. Work outside the fixed-price conditions is billed at 950 kr/hour, but this is always agreed in advance.

Which accounting software do you use?

We use Finago. The license is included in the monthly price — you don’t need to buy or manage anything separately. You have full access to the system and can log in at any time to check the state of your accounts, view vouchers, reports, and balances.

Do you offer payroll, invoicing, and advisory?

Yes — these are add-on services that can be included in your package. Payroll covers payslips, tax deductions, and holiday pay. Invoicing is done directly from the accounting system with automatic booking. Advisory includes VAT guidance, tax planning, and corporate structure.

I already use Fiken or Tripletex — why switch?

DIY solutions can give a false sense of security. Having a voucher approved doesn’t mean the accounts are error-free. With Done, you get a state-authorized accountant who takes professional responsibility, while you retain full visibility through the accounting portal.

Isn’t it cheaper to do the accounting myself?

An accounting program at 5,000 kr/year can quickly become 30,000+ kr when year-end filing, revisions, and potential penalties are factored in. With Done, everything is predictable from day one — no surprises.

Will I lose control of my accounts?

Absolutely not. You can log in to the accounting system at any time and check the status yourself — view vouchers, reports, bank reconciliations, and balances on an ongoing basis. You retain full visibility and transparency, but without the operational responsibility.

Who delivers the accounting services?

The Starter, Medium, and Large packages are primarily delivered by state-authorized accountants at Regnskapene AS, while the Enterprise package is delivered by Frisikt. Both operate under Done and are subject to the same quality requirements and professional liability.
